Certified by NGC to VF. One of the 12 Caesars (eldest son of Emperor Vespasian & older brother of Emperor Domitian) with a short reign as Emperor from 79 to 80 CE. Significant historic events of Titus' reign were the dedication of the Coliseum, the eruption of Vesuvius and the destruction of Pompeii. Obverse: IMP TITVS CAES VESPASIAN AVG P M,
