Kinfire Delve: Vainglory's Grotto est un jeu de cartes tactique et coopératif pour 1 ou 2 joueurs.

Dans Kinfire Delve : Vainglory's Grotto, en tant que chercheurs, vous vous frayerez un chemin pour atteindre Vainglory, le maître du puits, et l'affronterez dans une bataille finale épique.

Pour vaincre Vainglory, vous devrez vous battre et vous frayer un chemin à travers son jeu de 57 cartes de défi avant d'affronter son dernier défi. À votre tour, tentez un défi en jouant une carte de compétence correspondante et en lançant les dés. Ajoutez suffisamment de jetons de progression à un défi et vous serez richement récompensé. Mais échouez et vous serez pénalisé en perdant de la santé, en défaussant des cartes ou en étant obligé de remettre des cartes dans le pont du puits.

Même lorsque ce n'est pas votre tour, les cartes en main peuvent être jouées pour booster l'action de votre coéquipier. Mais soyez prudent : vider votre main signifie subir des effets d'épuisement et de souffrance qui peuvent vous faire perdre la partie.
